These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and AI Debt Tracker ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, services and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI Debt Tracker connects to eligible bank and credit accounts via Open Banking to retrieve balances and transactions, analyses your debt and cashflow using automated algorithms and artificial intelligence, and provides personalised repayment plans and recommendations to help you pay off debt more quickly.
Features available may vary by plan (Free, Pro, Premium) and some features may be labelled as "Beta" or "Coming soon". Availability of plans, prices and features are subject to change.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
When you connect bank or credit accounts we access information through authorised Open Banking providers. We do not store your bank login credentials. We store and process transaction and balance data as necessary to provide the Service. By connecting an account you expressly authorise us to retrieve and use that data to generate plans, recommendations and reports.
You should review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, share and retain your personal data.
Our Service uses automated models and AI to generate personalised repayment plans and recommendations. These are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Service. We recommend you consult a qualified professional before making material financial decisions.
We offer different subscription plans. Prices and billing cycles are displayed on the Service where applicable. By purchasing a subscription you authorise us to charge the payment method you provide.
Subscriptions may automatically renew until cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Billing policy; please contact support for requests. We may change prices at any time; changes for existing paid subscribers will be communicated in advance.
Beta and "coming soon" features are experimental and may change or be removed at any time. Such features may have limited support and may contain bugs. By using Beta features you acknowledge the experimental nature and accept any related risks.
The Service may integrate with third‑party services (banks, Open Banking providers, payment processors, analytics providers). Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their actions or omissions.
We employ industry-standard safeguards to protect data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and regular security reviews. Despite our efforts, no system is completely secure. You accept the risk that data may be accessed or disclosed despite our protections.
Data retention periods and deletion procedures are described in the Privacy Policy. You may be able to disconnect accounts or delete your account; certain transactional records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks and software used to provide the Service are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with other users, to probe for security vulnerabilities, or to attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; cancellations do not automatically delete your account or data — see the Privacy Policy for account deletion.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AI Debt Tracker and its personnel from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will provide notice (for example by email or prominent notice on the Service). Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
